[Highland Park] Graduation pin found

Actually this pin was found in front of my house last year. I had hoped someone would come looking for it. It is a small ceramic graduation cap with a metal "2003" suspended from it. The pin is attached to a card that reads: Congratulations You're Always Top Of The Class Class of 2003
