[Highland Park] stolen bike, again

Highland Park neighbors... Yes, it must be summer in Highland Park. For the second time in as many years, we have had a bike stolen from our garage -it was open-, most likely while we were at home this evening eating dinner and putting kids to bed. (My husbands was stolen from our garage while were at home last summer). Red women's Univega, spedometer on the handlebars, rack on the back, knobby tire in the front, road tire in the back with a red sidewall.
