Dear HP neighbors, we are a retired English professor and private piano teacher downsizing and searching for a HP apartment for the long term. We would like: 2 or preferably 3 bedrooms Spacious and lots of light (1200 plus square feet) Wood/tile floors Washer dryer hookups in unit (not basement) One well behaved cat allowed Level or few entry steps One floor if possible We are very responsible renters and would care for your property as our own.
