Dear HP neighbors, we are a retired English professor and private piano teacher downsizing and searching for a HP apartment for the long term.  We would like:

2 or preferably 3 bedrooms
Spacious and lots of light (1200 plus square feet)
Wood/tile floors
Washer dryer hookups in unit (not basement)
One well behaved cat allowed
Level or few entry steps
One floor if possible
