On Friday, February 20, art lovers will have an opportunity to bid on these one-of-a-kind mirrors and art pieces when The Dilworth Traditional Academy for the Arts & Humanities, a Pittsburgh Public School, hosts a fund-raising event in the school's auditorium at 6200 Stanton Avenue, East Liberty/Highland Park. KDKA's Jon Burnett will host as auctioneer for the event. Admission to the adult-only event, which will feature musical entertainment and refreshments, is $5 per couple.
Tania Grubbs and Mary Beth Steisslinger asked me to mention that there is limited space at St. Andrew's preschool for child care during the art auction at Dilworth. Child care will be available from 5:30 pm to 9:45 pm for a flat fee. There is only space for about 25 children, so call ASAP to make a reservation for your child: Tania Grubbs (412-xxx-xxxx), or Mary Beth Steisslinger (412-xxx-xxxx) For more information about the art auction at Dilworth, see Tania's announcement: <http://www.highlandpark.pgh.pa.us/pipermail/neighborhood/2004-January/000186.html> Rudy
