Hi Neighbors, I'll be leaving my apartment in "Peacock Manor" at the end of October so my 1-bedroom apartment will be available to rent. Historical "Peacock Manor" located on Farragut Street is a two-story building with a total of 12 apartments. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The available apartment is on the first floor with long windows overlooking Farragut Street. It is a cozy apartment yet with plenty of light and a walk-in closet in the living room. There is also a storage unit in the basement available for each apartment and an onsite washer and dryer. I understand from the onsite Manager that the rent will be $600.00 plus the renter pays for the electric. If anyone is interested please let me know and I'll pass your name and phone number on to the resident Manager. Also, in the upcoming weeks I will be featuring many items for sale as I will be moving to my furnished condo in Florida. I also hope to have a "Sidewalk Sale" sometime in October.
