Hey All! Been having MAJOR problems with Comcast for the past six weeks. Phone, TV, and internet all interrupted by bad signal or by them 'fixing' one or the other. They refuse to grant a credit on my bill that I thought was for services rendered and since I did not receive services as agreed upon I don't feel I should have to pay the entire bill. Well, they do. So, I thought I would sign up for Fios but have heard mixed reviews from friends who live outside of HP. What do my neighbors feel about Fios? Is the customer service good or non-existent like at Comcast? Is the service constantly interrupted? Sketchy (digitization of picture, phone cutting out, person on other end of phone cannot hear you but you can hear them, slow on-demand, etc.)? Thanks for your help, as always, Camille N.
