Looking for a furnished room to rent

Hi, I have a friend who has recently moved to the area from Italy. He is looking for a room to rent He works in Shadyside, so in that area would be ideal. While he has lived most of his life in Italy, he is an American citizen, and his English is pretty good! I’m sending this email for him to try to help get the process started.
