Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are tentatively starting to look for somewhere new to live, and I thought I would put some feelers out here and see if anyone had any leads or connections they mind sharing. We're great tenants - quiet, clean, mature, employed full-time. We're pretty handy (painting, household repairs, gardening, etc). We have two great pets: a 12-year-old yellow Lab who is very sweet, never barks, basically just wants to sleep and cuddle at this point in his life, and a 5 year old indoor cat. Both are used to apartment living, completely house broken/litter trained. We are a very mellow household. :) We're artsy types and don't make a lot of money, which sadly limits our rental options. Looking for something under $600. We love living in this neighborhood but we're open to moving, even outside of the city. Not looking for anything fancy, not looking for lots of amenities, just a decent place to call home. Open to a roommate situation, depending on the person.
