Hello HP neighbors, I live in the Highland Park neighborhood and drive Hampton Street several times a day. I called the Winter of 2024, 2025 and now emailing about this going issue. My last call was week of December 22 to the after hours operator representative. She said she would put a report to the area dispatcher. It's becoming a very dangerous situation. Water is coming up through the lid and pouring onto the street and curb line in front of the homes ON Hampton between the addresses of 5624 through 5642; between Portland and Mellon Streets. I want to attach pictures but in past emails pictures usually take up too much space.
