Dear Neighbors, A close friend is moving to Pittsburgh in June to begin a three-year surgical residency at a local hospital. He and his wife, a nurse practitioner, are looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom home in this area (Highland Park, Morningside, Friendship, Shadyside etc.).
