This machine has been used maybe an hour total.It's a great machine, however because of a bad knee I can't use it. It is in fabulous condition and runs like new, complete with manual and is a space saver model. It features digital resistance, it tracks progress, distance, time, pulse, speed, carbohydrates and calories burned. It features heart rate monitor and adjustable incline and stride.
