Dear Neighbors, Our daughter is about to turn 18 months old and we are beginning to think about her future education. We are pretty settled on pre-school, so we are now thinking ahead to elementary school and beyond. We would love to hear your experiences - positive and negative - with Pittsburgh Public Schools, including magnets, charter schools, secular private schools, and any other traditional or non-traditional schools that may be out there (except for religious schools). We love our house and our neighborhood and we don't want to be like all the people we know who have freaked out the year before their child enters kindergarten, put their city houses on the market, and moved to Mt.
