At St. Andrew's at 4:30 on Palm Sunday afternoon, April 9th. The St. Andrew's Parish Choir, with soloists, and the Pittsburgh Festival Orchestra, under the direction of Tom Octave of St. Vincent College, will present Part II of G.F. Handel's Messiah.
