The crash didn't occur in East Liberty, it happened right in Highland Park, on North St. Clair and Janero (the lane that runs behind my home). In the daytime, when I and my children or anyone else could have been on that sidewalk. And the drug deal was occurring by the church!?#! It was one of those days when I questioned why I live in the city. I am thankful to the officer for spotting the deal and intervening.
