Hi, Neighbors, I went to Tazza D’Oro a few weeks back and got help from Simon, one of the techs with the SOS program. He was great, cleared up my computer problem, and gave me written directions for how to clear it up myself if it happened again. I was even given a $5 gift card for a coffee/tea or treat at Tazza.
