[Highland Park] Vent at new Japanese restaurant

Hello Neighbors, The changes on Bryant Street are exciting, to say the least. The back of the Japanese Restaurant is on the alleyway adjacent to my house, and lately, the vent back there has been going on and off every few minutes or so throughout the day. Each time, the lights in my house flicker. Does anyone know about the vent systems of restaurants? Is it normal for that system to go off and on so much? I hope this wouldn't escalate to a "nuisance" factor! Thanks, Jamie
