The correct URL is http://communitysafety.pittsburghpa.gov/ I'm surprised that the www. made a difference. Negley I was wondering if anyone knew what happened early this morning on N. Negley. Around 6:05, I heard a loud noise which sounded like a car accident somewhere near by. When I left for work I was driving down Negley towards Shady Side and the road had been blocked off between Hays St and Black St. There were quite a few police cars and it looked like possibly the swat team. I haven't seen anything on any of the news channel websites yet today, so I've become quite curious.
