Stroke rehab

Does anyone have good or bad experiences with skilled nursing/rehab facilities? Any recommendations? I have a relative recovering from a stroke who may need a transitional facility before a more intense inpatient brain injury rehab. Hoping to find a place with good care where she can move forward with recovery. Thanks. Meg
