Recommendations for Tax professional

Does anyone have recommendations for a good tax professional that doesn't charge an arm and a leg? Someone who is knowledgeable about the rules for claiming Head of Household status for caring for an elderly parent and/or who knows about special exemptions for teachers would be helpful. Thanks!
