[Highland Park] Tree problem

I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions regarding our tree problem. Most people suggested I contact the forestry department directly, which I did. The man I spoke with indicated the city wants all requests to go through the 311 system, but also implied some of the calls are not sent through the right channels. Someone from the forestry division came out the same day and left a note saying the tree would be pruned, but couldn't provide a date of when it will be pruned. I'm going to stay with it, Im feeling more hopeful something will be down now. The man also indicated the best time to call is 7- 9 am and the number is 412-665-3625. Thanks again! Alicia N.
