[Highland Park] Needed: Graffiti Artist

Hello Neighbors, I am looking to commission a graffiti artist to put a performing arts scene on a 15'w x 11'h wall for a dance studio. The project is on a strict time schedule. Depending on the timing of inspectors, the wall should be available to begin the project mid-August and must be completed no later than mid-September. The location is in the business district of Greensburg.
