[Highland Park] Raynold's Restaurant

I was driving down Bryant St. last night and noticed lights and activity on the ground floor of the former Raynold's or Reynold's restaurant (across from Smiling Banana Leaf). Does anyone know what is developing there? Let's home something great for Bryant St. and the neighborhood! Another unrelated thing: I was at the King Estate sledding hill last week and noticed about 5 plastic garbage bin lids which must have been used by kids. If you are missing a lid this might be a place to look.
