[Highland Park] Contractors who use vacuum sanders?

Hi! I tore wallpaper off of my ceilings! And need someone to patch and sand-- dust free. Do you know anyone? And if your house was wallpapered floor to ceiling do you have suggestions for handling the dust that falls everywhere? Kimberly
