Wooden shake shingle repair

Hello Neighbors, Our home is primarily brick, but the shake shingle that adorns the top most portion is looking a bit suspicious. Any recommendations you fine folk could give as to whom one might call to investigate ( repair? replace? ) would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks! All best, Andrea
