[Highland Park] leaking shower

Does anyone know who to call for a leaking shower floor?  We removed the ceiling in the room under the shower floor but don't want to tackle replacing the pan or drain, let alone the shower floor. The shower is all tile and is about 12years old. Thanks!    Karen
