Replacing Wall mounted toilet

Good morning, One of our toilets needs to be replaced but it’s mounted to the wall against original tile. I would like to find plumber that could help findi a toilet that would match the original specs so we don’t have to retire the bathroom and install the new toilet. Any recommendations? Thanks!
