Recommendations for contact allergies - doctor and house cleaner

Does anyone have a recommendation for a doctor who administers the contact allergy skin patch test and actually knows something about allergic contact dermatitis? I have been trouble finding someone. Also, does anyone have a house cleaner who is willing to use only products provided by the customer, who does a good job, and who is reputable? Thanks - I know the first one isn't neighborhood specific, but you guys always have a wealth of knowledge!
