help with Sling tv installation

Are there any tech savvy folks or handymen on here who can help me install a couple pieces of equipment to my tv set up? I can't cut the cord completely, unfortunately, but I'm trying out an indoor antenna along with Sling TV and a Roku stick. I just can't quite figure out how to hook up the antenna & the "air TV" thing they sent me so I can get local channels. I'm happy to pay you whatever your time is worth.
