Hello, If anyone has recommendations of professionals (ideally reasonably priced) for the following projects, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 1. laying tile in a bathroom (smaller tiles) 2. building an internal wall in the basement, sheetrocking and finishing it, and building a closet in part of the wall. (someone mentioned that the wall will be built with metal studs (?) as that is what the other wall that this one will extend from is built with.
