Water coolers

I have a water coolers in my office (see pic below) that was left behind a couple years ago by a tenant and I’m trying to find it a new home. I’ve plugged it in and the mini fridge in the bottom is cold. I do not know if the hot water works. This is free to anyone that may wants to pick it up. Thanks Brad
