[Highland Park] Loose leaf pick-up?

I was hoping someone could tell me about loose leaf pick up in the neighborhood. I saw a truck on my street last week, and now I'm noticing people piling leaves at the curb again. Is the schedule for loose leaf pick up published somewhere? I got the mailing about bagged leaves being picked up by the recycling truck, but I don't think it said anything about loose leaves. Thanks!
