[Highland Park] loose dog

I was out walking my dogs just now, 9:20 am Sun. and saw a loose black short-haired dog running loose on King Ave. near Wellesley St. It has a white patch on its chest and I think it had a collar on. I took off with my dogs toward home because the dog was running towards us and my dogs would get defensive, being on leashes.
