RE: [Highland Park] Graffiti on the park entrance

I have also noticed the tag on newspaper boxes and trash boxes on North Highland and in Penn Circle. The crudeness of the tag suggests a young kid who just discovered spray paint. We should keep our eyes open and try to catch him or her red-handed. Tony Silvestre
