Thank you very much for the quick responses. Some suggested that I call Comcast and see if they would beat Verizon's price. I called and they did. Instead of paying 180 a month, they dropped it to 145 which is less than what Verizon offered me. Also found out that I won't have a cancellation fee since I've been with them so long. As far as which service is better, responses ran neck and neck with both. No real way to sort it out to see which is better because the comments ran from Verizon has better internet speed to Comcast has better customer service to Verizon has dropped calls and Comcast has a worse TV picture.
