Loud Generator near King Estate?

Anyone have information on what we're guessing is a very loud generator near the King Estate...maybe near the reservoir? I can't determine exactly where it is coming from but it is quite noisy, especially overnight...enough to wake us. If anyone knows who to contact to express our concern or get more information, please let me know.
