looing for roofer of someone to clean roof gutters

Any suggestions for a company or person that cleans roof gutters? It is a two story building so a little high and a very tall ladder would be necessary. I am only interested in someone that has insurance. Please contact me if you have any recommendations. Thanks, Susie
