Tailor to make clothes with my fabric?

Hi Neighbors, where does one go to get clothes made with your own fabric? I was gifted with a large piece of silk and my son would like some shirts. Or any expert seamstresses on the list, costume designers that do work on the side? Thanks, Caroline Sent from my iPhone
