New windows and cut out

Hello fellow “ Parkers— We were stunned to learn that most window installers don’t cut new openings from the brick. We need some names! Anyone know a good contractor to open a window hole in brick AND install a Juliette window? We are Also looking for someone to just do our replacement windows that is reasonable. Thanks!
