Honesty, talent and affordability are not often found in the same person, but we see all three in builder/carpenter, Tom Ross. Our 1860 home is in the *grand manner of money pits* so when we discovered Tom could a) completely rebuild a box gutter (and line it in copper); b) install radiant flooring; c) reconstruct our single-zone hot water boiler to become a double-zone system; and d) repoint three chimney stacks (resetting the belt core detail so as to preserve the original integrity) we were more than impressed.
