[Highland Park] Collar found for a cat or dog named Gracie

Hello neighbors: I found a pink collar for a dog (or cat?) stuck on a high branch on the tree in front of my house on N Euclid. Thought it odd to find it there. There was a tag on the collar with a phone number, which I called, but haven't heard back. Does anyone know a cat or dog named Gracie? Jamie
