[Highland Park] Found a Notebook & a Little Brown Dog

I still have the little brown dog I found yesterday around Jackson & Heberton. Please text me for a picture. He is very sweet and he's the same dog that was lost and found several days ago. But nobody seems to know good owner's name or address. I will have to take him to ARL if I can't locate his home. He is not neutered and neither is my male dog so I can't keep him in the house. He spent the night in my basement and again today he's in my yard. PLEASE get in touch with me if you recognize him and know where he lives.
