Pernicious Signs

Does anyone know what these marks signify? I am all for making the neighborhood safer and more accessible to everyone. The proliferation of bollards, signs, line stripping and big green painted swaths such those which have befallen Beechwood Boulevard bear Frick Park are distracting, ugly, overhanded and not really very helpful. Ok I noticed them so that works. It’s just too much and heavy handed. Cars are not guests :) but lawfully registered vehicles whose licensed drivers are entitled to use these publicly owned and maintained rights of way. Jeffrey DeNinno Stanton Avenue
