Question about use/recycling hanging file folders

I have way too many hanging file folders. Many, many, many. I know they are becoming obsolete with our paperless culture but, does anyone still have use for them or know of an organization/school/small business that would? For free of course. Otherwise I will try to break them up for recycling, unless someone has recommendations. Thanks! Mayte Sáenz
