[Highland Park] Contractor recommendations

I know a lot of folks have posted about this, but I didn't need a contractor at the time. I need someone who can patch concrete steps and cut a hole in the second floor ceiling to create an attic opening. any plumber recommendations are also welcome. thanks so much! -Kimberly
