I recently participated in an indoor air-quality monitoring project with ROCIS <https://rocis.org/>, a Pittsburgh-based NGO that is committed to improving indoor air quality. Through their LCMP they loan participants several air quality monitors and over four weeks, they collect data and share tips to improve indoor air quality. Participation is free and I found it incredibly illuminating! While air quality has improved in recent years, Pittsburgh ranks as one of the worst cities <https://www.cbsnews.com/pittsburgh/news/dangerous-for-peoples-health-american-lung-association-report-puts-pittsburgh-among-worst-places-for-air-quality/> in the US for air quality, but there is a lot you can do to improve indoor air quality. More information on the LCMP cohorts and ROCIS can be found here <https://rocis.org/low-cost-monitoring-project/>. If you're interested in learning more they hold regular webinars to provide an overview of the program. They run multiple cohorts a year and sign-up info is all on their website. Hope others are able to participate in this very helpful program! Best, Ellen
