Please! Everyone! Call the police and report this! It's very important that the police have a paper trail regarding all incidents, no matter how small. Don't think of this as overreacting...incident reports help increase the amount of attention our neighborhood gets from the police which will have a direct effect on the future of our neighborhood and how safe it is.
