[Highland Park] Rock band on Friday night

Did anyone else hear the rock band playing on Friday night? I could hear it clearly from my third floor, but when I went outside to investigate and track it down, I couldn't place where the music was coming from. It was like a Ghost Band. Whoever they were, they were good and tight. I was wondering if it was one-time special event or if it's going to be a regular occurrence. Dan
