*Homewood / East Hills* *6/3/19 Theft from Vehicle - 2200 block Wilner Drive. *Victim reported that sometime overnight an unknown person(s) shattered her rear passenger side window and stole clothing, jewelry, and $45.00. (107064)
*6/3/19 Theft from Vehicle - 2200 block Wilner Drive. *Victim returned to her vehicle to find her wallet containing her credit cards and state ID card had been stolen. No signs of forced entry into the vehicle. (107332)
*6/4/19 Burglary - 7100 block Kedron Street.* Victim returned home to find that a 32" TV had been stolen from her residence. There were no signs of forced entry. The victim told officers that she shares the residence with her sister and they recently had to kick the sister's boyfriend out of the house. They believe he may have used a spare key to come back and steal the TV. (108111)
*6/5/19 Stolen Vehicle - 800 block Inwood Street, 9:00 PM. *Victim left her 2009 white Ford Fusion (PA plate KBN-6701) running, with the keys in the ignition around 9:00 PM. At 9:27 PM, the victim went back outside and noticed that the car was gone. (109149)
*6/6/19 Stolen Vehicle - 6900 block Kelly Street. *Victim came to Zone 5 to report that the Penn Hills police found his vehicle wrecked on Frankstown Road in Penn Hills. Victim reported that the vehicle was last seen parked in front of his house and he does not know who might have taken it. (109621)
*6/6/19 Robbery (Domestic) - Bennett Street & Frankstown Avenue, 10:30 AM.* A 20 year-old female victim reported that her ex-boyfriend, *Darwin Parker, 24, of Homewood,* asked her if he could borrow her phone to sell drugs. The victim told him no, at which point Parker physically removed the phone from her and fled the scene. Officers will obtain an arrest warrant for Parker. (109525)
*6/6/19 Stolen Vehicle - 7000 block Kelly Street, 5:00 PM. *Victim left the keys in the ignition of her 2006 blue Honda Odyssey van (PA plate JBK-9061) while she went inside to visit her grandmother. When she returned to her vehicle, it was gone. (109817)
*Larimer / Lincoln-Lemington* *6/8/19 Aggravated Assault / Witness Intimidation - 400 block Larimer Avenue, 7:12 PM. *Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert and arrived to find a 27 year-old female victim who reported that someone just fired two shots are her. The victim told officers that *Heirahkies Moore-Smith, 20, of Larimer, *was walking by her house with a group of friends when he appeared to notice the victim and made a "finger gun" gesture towards her. The victim was afraid for her safety as Moore-Smith recently pled guilty in court after burglarizing the victim's home. The victim yelled for Moore-Smith to leave her alone, at which point one of the other men in the group pulled a firearm and fired two shots in her direction. The bullets struck the victim's residence but thankfully she was not injured. A description of the men was put out over the police radio and officers flooded the area in an attempt to locate the shooter. Officers soon located Moore-Smith and another male walking on Auburn Street. Moore-Smith was immediately apprehended, but the other male fled on foot. After a lengthy foot pursuit, *Qwaymar Thompson-Stewart, 18, of the Hill District,* was apprehended at the intersection of Kalida Drive & Omega Court. Both men were arrested. (111512)
*Bloomfield / Garfield / Friendship* *6/4/19 Burglary - 5500 block Columbo Street. *The reporting person is a construction site superintendent who reported that someone broke into one of their construction trailers and stole a Motorola radio and keys to a back hoe. (107821)
*6/9/19 Robbery - Garland Parklet (Garfield), 5:25 PM.* An 18 year-old female victim reported that she had just been robbed and assaulted by two female suspects. The victim told officers that she got off of a PAT bus and was walking in the area of the parklet when she was approached by two unknown teenage girls. The victim was involved in some sort of a verbal altercation with the women, who then physically assaulted her by pistol-whipping her with a handgun, then punched her in the face and extremities. The suspects stole her book bag, cell phone, and $3.00 cash, then fled the area on foot. Responding officers were searching the area and noticed an individual matching the description of one of the suspects as she entered an apartment building in the 5600 block of East Liberty Boulevard. Officers were able to detain the female and ultimately identified her as one of the two suspects in the robbery. She was identified as a *juvenile, 16, of Garfield.* She was placed under arrest and charged with Robbery and Terroristic Threats. (112219)

*6/3/19 Theft from Vehicle - 1300 block Cordova Road. *A phone charger was stolen from an unlocked car. (107174)
*6/4/19 Burglary - 5600 block Stanton Avenue, 6:11 PM.* A 57 year-old male victim reported that he was asleep in his bedroom when he heard a noise downstairs. He went downstairs to investigate and saw an unknown white male attempting to climb through his kitchen window. The victim told the male to get out of his apartment and the male responded by threatening to shoot the victim, although a gun was not actually seen. The suspect fled the scene. He is described as a white male in his 30's, bald head, clean shaven, wearing a lime green shirt. The male fled in a red 4-door Dodge Ram pickup truck. (108248)
*6/7/19 Aggravated Assault (Domestic) - 5400 block Broad Street, 8:15 AM. *Officers responded to a violent domestic and arrived to find a 30 year-old female victim with head and facial injuries. The victim indicated that her boyfriend and father of her child, *Matthew Ulrich, 32, of East Liberty,* attacked her following a verbal argument. Ulrich eventually left the house to go to work. Zone 5 officers coordinated with Zone 1 officers to take Ulrich into custody at his place on employment in the Northside. Officers posted outside of Ulrich's place of business and when he returned from making a delivery, he was placed into custody without incident. (110326)
*6/9/19 Robbery - 5829 Penn Avenue (Clean Juice), 6:15 PM.* Officers responded to the Clean Juice store for a robbery and met with store employees. They told officers that they were closing for the day when a male came to the door and asked for some water. When one of the employees turned around and went to get the man some water, he entered the store and stated "Take me to the money," then placed a hard object against the employee's back. The employee took the victim to the register and handed over cash. The suspect then ordered the employees to the floor and fled the business on foot. Both employees were shaken but not physically injured. The suspect was described as a black male with a deep voice, 5'6" tall, wearing glasses, a tan bucket hat, and a dark gray sweater. (112249)
*Morningside / Stanton Heights / Waterworks* *6/7/19 Theft from Vehicle - 1000 block Chislett Street.* Victim reported that someone entered his vehicle overnight and stole a Sony camcorder, an iPhone 6, a charger, a Target card, and $20.00 cash. No signs of forced entry into vehicle. *This Week's Notable Arrests*
*6/3/19 11:16 AM 7200 block Frankstown Avenue Arrestee: Shawn Thomas Harris, 33, of Homewood Summary:* Zone 5 plainclothes officers were investigating citizen complaints of drug dealing in the 7200 block of Frankstown Avenue. Officers were conducting surveillance in this block when they spotted Shawn Thomas Harris Jr, 31, of Wilkinsburg, sitting on a milk crate in front of the market located at 7207 Frankstown Avenue. Between 11:00 AM and 11:10 AM, officers witnessed Harris conduct (4) hand-to-hand drug deals. Specifically, the officers watched as Harris retrieved drugs from a red bag he was carrying, measure the drugs on a digital scale, then hand them to the buyer. After completing the fourth deal, Harris walked inside the market, and that’s when officers moved in. When officers entered the store and identified themselves as Pittsburgh Police, Harris attempted to flee and a struggle ensued. Officers were eventually able to get Harris into custody, but not before he broke a store window in his attempt to escape. Upon searching Harris, officers found a stolen 9mm Taurus pistol tucked into his waistband. Officers also found a significant quantity of cocaine, crack cocaine, a digital scale, $464.00 cash, and drug packaging materials in Harris’ red bag. Officers also learned that Harris was wanted on an outstanding warrant for a probation violation. He was transported to the Allegheny County Jail. (107164)
*6/4/19 5:03 PM Mott Way & Dargan Street Arrestee: Andre Roland Fletcher, 42, Unknown address Summary:* Pittsburgh Police Narcotics & Vice detectives received information that a male, later determined to be Andre Fletcher, was selling crack cocaine and heroin around the deck hockey rink in Bloomfield. Detectives conducted surveillance in the area and eventually saw Fletcher. Upon speaking with him, Fletcher admitted to detectives that he was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The paraphernalia was recovered and Fletcher was placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest, detectives found a bundle (10 stamp bags) of heroin. (108200)
