ISO a handyperson for a VERY SMALL job (maybe half an hour?)

Hi, I am looking for someone to hang my battery ring doorbell on a concrete wall. No wiring required, just drill a few holes. I had paid a contractor an extra $15 after he finished a bigger job, and he was supposed to come back and do it, and he disappeared. I would appreciate it if someone from the neighborhood could do it for $15 as I am already out the first $15, and your travel is minimal.
